Russell Cockburn is also the Author of the Monthly Corporation Tax Update column  in The Institute of Chartered Secretaries Magazine as well as having been commissioned as the tax author for Gee & Co. Ltd's CD-ROM and web based information databases: Personnel Manager's Factfinder, Company Secretary's Factfinder, Financial Directors' Factfinder, and Accountants' Factfinder.

Russell Cockburn is the Author of The ICSA Tax Guide - First published for 2002-2003; an annual tax guide aimed at Chartered Secretaries and other practicing professionals needing access to practical and clear tax information and advice.
